Rani Verschoor | N26

Within her role, Rani plays a critical part in maintaining a healthy growth of the organisation by supporting and maintaining a high-performance culture through this change.Rani has 8+ years of experience in hyper-growth environments. Before joining N26, Rani was leading the HR department in a small startup and worked at Zalando for multiple years where she led one of the recruitment teams for the Berlin offices. Next, to work, Rani loves to travel, play music, cook and also take her dog Jamie (also Chief Cuddle Officer @N26) out for long walks in nature.


Davide Dattoli | Talent Garden

Davide Dattoli is CEO and Cofounder of Talent Garden. In 2010 he founded Viral farm, a digital company specialized in social media and mobile applications. Later, he became senior consultant for the Condé Nast group, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Giornale di Brescia, and in December 2011 he founded Talent Garden. Davide Dattoli was named as one of the most influential "30 under 30" in the Technology sector by Forbes and as one of the "TOP 5 innovators" in Italy by Wired.


Daniela Sturm | SKIDATA

Daniela is SKIDATA’s new Global Talent Development Lead. In her role she is responsible for the whole Talent Management (TM) value chain, ranging from managing, developing, growing and rewarding employees. She recently finished her Masters in Industrial, Organizational and Business Psychology at University College London. Before joining SKIDATA in November 2019, she was working for almost nine years at Red Bull as a Global Talent Management Manager. Her biggest projects were redesigning the Global Graduate Program, developing trainings and tools for internal career growth, creating a new performance management system and developing a Talent Management Heat Map for subsidiaries.

Roland Hess | Innogy

Roland Hess led as Senior Vice President for Applied Excellence at Innogy, their global cultural transformation program, and is a highly respected leader in the renewable energy industry. Before he joined Innogy, Roland was a partner of the Global Technology Leadership Team for the Resources Industry at Accenture and founding partner of The Advisory House Austria. He holds a degree in Forestry and was formerly CIO of the Austrian Federal Forests. The last three years he was based in Palo Alto, California as a board member of, which is transforming work to focus on the most important resource of all: people! Wolfgang Fengler | World Bank

Dr. Wolfgang Fengler has been working for the World Bank for almost 20 years and is currently responsible for Eastern Europe and Central Asia as Lead Economist of the World Bank Office in Vienna. He has written several books and appears frequently in international media (incl. BBC, CNN, Financial Times) as well as in German newspapers (Süddeutsche Zeitung, NZZ, Trend, among others). Together with Homi Kharas and Shanta Devarajan, Wolfgang is also the editor of the Future Development Blog. At TEDxVienna, he presented his demography portal, which is now used more than 3 million times and was sponsored by Bill Gates, among others. Together with WU Vienna and the “World Data Laboratory”, he also developed the World Poverty Watch.
